A Columbia 24 sailboat is also available with any of the living units. Please inquire about availability when reserving unit.

Please add 10% to the above prices for any week containing a Holiday
Subtract $100.00 from the above rates, when kayaks are used instead of sailboats.
The above rates are for two (2) persons. Rate for additional people are $50. US per person / per week + 12.5% Fla. Tax. There is no charge for children under 12 years of age.
Maximum occupancy in Unit “A” is 6 persons.
Maximum occupancy in Unit “B” is 4 persons.
Maximum occupancy in Unit “C” is 6 persons.
PLEASE NOTE: We book from Saturday to Saturday in one week increments. Other days may be arranged subject to availability.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Partial week and non-sailing bookings subject to availability.
TO MAKE RESERVATIONS: Call to check availability, then send the completed Charter Reservation Application and deposit of US$500.00 per Unit per week, by either certified check, cashier’s check, money order. Personal checks will be accepted as a deposit only if received 30 days prior to the occupancy date. Any of the above checks used MUST be made payable to PLANMAC COMPANY INC (Florida Corporation that owns the resort).
Upon receipt of your reservation deposit we will send a letter of confirmation and directions to the property.
Give us a call to check tentative dates; we will “pencil” in your reservation for a few days until your deposit and Charter Reservation form are received.
AT CHECK-IN, WE REQUIRE:
Payment of the balance of your accommodation fee by cash, money order, or certified/cashier/ travelers checks payable to PLANMAC COMPANY INC. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.
An additional $500.00 per unit security deposit, on the boat and property, in cash, money order or certified/ cashier/ travelers checks. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks. Prior to check-out, the boat and property will be inspected for damages or lost equipment and the security deposit will be refunded if no damage/loss has occurred. If damage/loss exists, the security deposit will be retained to cover repairs or replacement. Receipts will be provided and any remaining balance of your security deposit refunded.
CANCELLATION:
Once your initial deposit has been received, should you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund will be made upon receipt in writing 60 days prior to your reservation date. Otherwise, we will retain the deposit. If we are able to ere-rent the unit (which you have cancelled within 60 days), we will refund you 90% of your deposit or we will give you the option of renting at another mutually convenient time.

Some things to bring: sun screen, polarized sunglasses, swim wear, snorkel gear, boat shoes, sandals, boating hat with sun brim, camera, binoculars.
Some things to leave: high heels, long pants, ties, ultra warm clothing, stress.
